update on my problem, one minor annoyance left. | Forums

I had a problem with the game not loading at all, kept coming up Gateway not found. I reinstalled using the 1.0 to 1.31 patch and now having no problems connecting and playing. I don't know what the problem was but it seems that it is running fairly smooth now, my specs are:

AMD 2400+
windows xp
radeon 9700 pro at 8xagp
1 gb ram
direct x 9.0

I do have one minor annoyance remaining, and that is if I go to the options when the game has finished, and when I go back into the game, the screen will go to black and then grey continuously, I don't know what the problem is but when I use the alt/tab button it will send me back to the desktop where I click on the TomClancy button on the bottom bar and viola, back into the game. I suspect this is a problem in the game itself not my video card as I have the latest drivers.
