My interpretation:
Cyan is far from ready to read the last rights to Uru Live. There are many ideas flying around Cyan as to how Live might be revived - but at this early stage they are only ideas and it will take a long time to decide on any one course, let alone realise it. One possibility that will be seriously examined will be some form of network play.
If and when Cyan is in a position to make an announcement (which will not be for a while) they will communicate through the various fan forums. Until then, remain hopeful, and keep pushing Uru to your friends to keep the cash rolling in so that a) continuing to work on Uru is financially viable and b) there is a wider potential subscriber base if Live ever restarts.
