Have you downloaded the Ubi game service? Available at www.ubi.com, I believe. I'll try and find a place you can download it from, then respond here when I find it, but it is a special application you need to do this. Then just log in with your account you use here, or else create a new account. If that doesn't work, then its beyond me, and you may have to contact Ubi themselves.

Here, try this. I couldn't find where you could download it, but it is on the first disc of Raven Shield. Here is the location, assuming your CD-ROM is set to the D:/ Drive:

D:\Support\Game Service\Setup.exe

You can access it either through My Computer, or you can select Run from the Start menu and type this location in if that is the drive that you're running it from.

You can also install it by selecting Install Support Software from the AutoRun screen, and then selecting Install Ubi.com Game Service.
