    be wary of any help you might need and how you are treated from the people you rent your server from. Heres what you might get.

    That's a shame that anyone running a business would behave in such a way. If you are still looking for a provider. I would be willing to give ya a week trial on our servers.

    Funny he didn't tell you what he said & only what I did,

    Now others will have to see what I had to deal with renting to this guy.

    He ordered a server & got his server, He immediatly started emailing billing for support in wich I directed him to use our support forums as I do everyone else that mistakenly emails me for support but he continued emailing & calling me instead of using our support forums like he was informed.

    He continued to email & call me getting smart & demanding support wich he was directed numerous times to our support forums as you see in the above post.

    We are the largest supplier of raven shield servers on the net with no other complaints now ask yourself who is @ fault here him or me.

    Nice try on the damage control you only have 54 more forums to find. NO, im gonna make sure that people know what your service is like. Your servers crash and you dont provide support on them nice. Good business ethics there. This is the letter I orginally wrote. I called your company 2 times and emailed you 2 times if thats to much for your ma and pa garage business im sorry to have inconvienced you. See for yourself:

    Obviously you dont understand the value of customer service. I dont act like a total **** when my patients come to see me. Nor do i act like they are stupid when they dont understand what type of disease process they have. I dont appreciate being hung up on or treated like im an idiot. I'm not as computer literate as you are. I just need a little help. All i need to know is if i can reboot this computer remotely and how to do it. This is a one month test trial of your hardware. Im still willing to do business with you, however I wont tolerate the way im being treated, im sure we can find another server network that would be willing to take our money.

    Another thing, Ray, take some spelling classes or learn to use spell checker; focus on your grammer , heres a tip, it makes it look much more professional. Your just making yourself look as stupid as you really are.

    I read quite a few of your forums, and you guys need serious help in the Customer Service area.

    I doubt I'd rent from you even if it was free.

    Oh, and this:

    No one rents this game,

    Our not alot of clients is still more than anyother provider, We got as many raven shield servers as others game server providers have all games combined together.

    50 Raven shield servers is not a lot in our book compared to our 250+ Ut servers or 150+ Moh servers.

    You are at fault. Why not give the guy some help instead of sending him to a forum? Im sure somewhere down the line someone helped you. So what if you need to spend some time helping him learn. He is a paying customer and deserve better support then "give me your money and leave me alone". Better that you teach him then let him mess up the server everytime he tries to do something.
    You wont last long treating customers like that. Every fly by night server rental company out there fades away. Number one cause, lack of support.
