26 deg F and light rain. Will be raining until about noon tomorrow. Cars driving by very slowly now, or not at all. Last time we had an ice storm was two years ago when we had 1 1/2 to 3 inches of freezing rain. What a mess that was. Not that bad this time.

Freezing rain looks so pretty when it's done. The tree branches are covered and when the light shines thru, well, it just looks like everything is decorated for Christmas.
But...don't try to walk or drive. The branches break, electricity goes out couse power lines break, etc....

I'll stick with 39f and fog.

We got rain right now that started early this morning and should thru till late morning tomorrow. The temp is right at freezing but no ice yet. Anne, however, is a couple of hours north of me and she should be getting sleet and freezing rain. So Anne, we both know how the drivers in this state are, so I wouldn't be out on the roads if I were you.

Yahooo...ISE keeps me from posting this reply. And we moved to a better site?

Will be nice weather in a few more months. We had heavy fog last night, first moisture in weeks. Fog made it so quiet that when a flock of geese(?) flew over I could hear the beating of their wings. We've been a few degrees above freezing the past couple of days, and below freezing during the night--naturally.

It's a balmy 19 degrees F here in Baltimore. Snowstorm rolling in this afternoon/evening, followed by ice/sleet tomorrow then back to snow on Tuesday. Awww, Winter.

And I'm getting the same Interal error when posting too, Homer.

    Grrr...

I'll lend you some of our warmth It was 30C (86F) in our bedroom at midnight last night, and we had the aircooler on. But it's much cooler than three weeks ago, when it got to 45C (113F).

It hasn't stormed since Friday (does little jig), just hope it stays that way for a couple more days, till the holes in our paddock turn into foundations.
