I am having trouble 'activating' the avatar in the Uru game. I can make it move around, but how do I make it 'touch' things? I've found out how to jump, clap, etc., but how can I get the darn thing to touch, pull on, or whatever?!!

At the moment, you can't. The avatar doesn't pick up or touch things per se... if you see something you think you should manipulate, click on it to see if there's an active spot... if there IS some motion to do, the game will do it for you, e.g. a panel with levers, chose a lever, the avatar will reach out and move the lever.

Hope this helps... and that you are enjoying Uru!

The only other thing you can make your avatar do is kick things. That comes in pretty useful sometimes

Don't forget you can run, too, by holding down the shift key while moving. (I think pressing CAPS lock toggles between run and walk mode as well. At least it used to.)

As far as touching, pulling, pressing, etc. are concerned... you should see an active "hotspot" on anything that you can interact with. The hotspot looks like a little solid white dot inside a white circle.
