I had this problem like many of you, i dont know if this solution will work for you but it sure did for me! As well as upgrading latest hardware drivers first, right click on the splinter cell desktop icon, properties. Then apply compatibility mode for Windows 98/ ME and apply the changes. Now attempt to run pandora tomorrow multiplayer
