Help! I rode the trapeze up to where the animal stone puzzle is on Jungle Island, and now I need to get back down to my submarine, but can't for the life of me figure out how. I can go down the ladder, but can't get to the sub from there. (I completed Riven years ago, but just got the 10th anniv. trilogy and am working my way thru again before I get to Exile and eventually URU. Kept my old notes, but discovered that every new game has different numerical codes in strategic places. Tricky, eh!)

You have no way to get to the sub. Go down the ladder and find things to do. Later you will find the sub where you can get to it.
Yes, it's me again, Sorry to be a pain. I cannot figure out how to get on that trapeze thing. What do I do??
I'm also looking for how to get on the trapeze. From what I have deduced, this is the only way to get to the last rotating dome that is over the forest adjacent to the village.

Now on to yet another task as to what to do...
For the benefit of UtahG:
You access the area where the trapeze is from the submarine.
However, the trapeze is located out over the water and when you first get to it you can't reach out far enough to grab it.
Hint: The schoolroom toy indicates that the trapeze is actually a sacrificial device used to sacrifice people to the Whark.
If that's so, maybe there are some controls for the trapeze apparatus somewhere. And they might be accessed by looking at other things associated with the Whark. Look around for Whark worship stuff and have a fiddle...
I call where the trapeze is the Whark Gallows and I heve been there many times trying to get on the trapeze.Where would I find this fiddle you are mentioning?
I found the access to the spinning dome and got the floor closed in the whark gallows. NOw to solve the stone puzzle in the cave behind the gallows.
Just think about the creatures that have been prominate in your search of Riven...What sounds have you heard? What might not make a sound?
