I just saw the new pictures of the Nintendo DS Lite.

Here's the link to article I read, for more details. It talks about the size of it. It sounds as if the screens will be the same size and yes! It'll still play GB: Advance games as well.

It doesn't say when it's coming to North America but, I'm sure it won't be too far behind.

Oh yeah, here it is.

It looks cool & all but I'm not going to run out to spend money on a new version of a system that I already own. If I didn't have one, I'd buy it but I do already have one so... no.

My thoughts are pretty much the same. Though I heard it might have a better wireless card in it. If it does, it might be more tempting for some. As that would add to where you'd be able to play this little wonder.

Dude, my mits must be freakishly large. I can't hold my DS for more than a half hour before my fingers start cramping up. Granted, that has only been a problem since Mario Kart entered my life.

Great! My only qualm with the DS was that I found it a bit too chunky and not all that portable. I will certainly be getting one of these and a copy of Nintendogs Chihuahua to keep my PSP company.

Looks like the D-pad and thumb buttons are moved a little higher up. That would make it worth owning right there. Trying to get your thumbs in comfortable positions AND rest the DS in your palms gives my joints headaches.

but it doesn't look like that white is pearlescent, so it might not match my GBA! i don't know about this... :P

all joking aside, it looks like a cool redesign. now all those people who are too concerned about looking hip can stop complaining.

I want to see one first hand. It looks all well and good but, with my mitts it could be interesting to "handle".

Nintendo should stop makeing a bazillion versions of the handhelds.

This in my opinion is as pointless as the Gameboy Micro is.

AAARGH. And I recently got MY Nintendo DS. One of my my complaints for the DS is that the D-pad is not located properly (which will eventually give me or anyone carpal tunnel syndrome especially if you play Mario Kart a lot). Buttons are also way too small for me so I dunno if that's ever gonna change.

Meh. I want to get it but I don't think I will.

I like the mic being placed in the middle... makes more sence. Hmm, I wonder what colors they will come out with. Lookin' good!

Actually, I'd liken this more to the GBA SP vs GBA.

Sleeker, smaller, slimmer, and with possible enhanced feaures. If I understand correctly, that picture isn't really the finalized product...

If they make it in pink, I might have to get one...
