Ok so basically this is what the article says. Sam is imprisoned for 20 years in jail. After a while in jail he makes a new friend and they decide to escape. If you look at sam closely you can see his expressions as being bad and lost in a world of his own. The death of Sarah changes sam both physically and mentally....and what the player (we :P) have to do is get Sam back to being the good guy. Anyway this is what the article says. Ah btw...they said that when they mentioned the multiplayer aspect ...the producer or whoever he is Daniel Roy said he couldnt say anything. Another thing is that no one knows whether you are still a third echelon agent. enjoy.

He has been in prison for 20 years?? Does it mean it wasn't Sam killing Nikoladze, Sadono and the japanese General (I don't kno his name now) or does it really mean, that he would have to go for 20 years to the jailhouse?

Holy ****, that looks incredible. I was really leaning towards not getting an Xbox 360, but I will probably buy it just for this game mainly.

Same thing with Xbox 1. Thought I was never going to get it, but I had to get it for Splinter Cell.

Hey all. I have more detailed information from my Game reactor magazine(danish magazine). I'll now translate it as best i can. I will not rephrase it or anything so take it for good wares. I may spell some words wrong but please ignore it. Theres some screens with the article but i haven't got a scanner or digital camere to show you, but they're pretty much the same as in the article so thought fully provided by Savaga, thank you.

:After the daugthers tragic death in Chaos Theory it seems that something's clicked in Sam Fishers brain. After a series of violent bank roberies and a brutal hostage situation with lethal outcome, Sam's captured and trialed. The punishment is tough, eleven lifetime sentences in a row.
Just barely arrived behind the prison wall he meets Jamie Washington, a lifetime criminal with connections to John Browns army, a criminal orginisation with hq in New Orleans.
With a common goal in sight they both succeed in escaping the prison and hereafter jamie introduces sam to the orginisation but exactly whats aread of Sam is still somewhat blurry.
This means its a completely new splintercell and an all diferent Sam Fisher, ubisoft presents in the fourth chapter of the serie.Where it in the first games was about sneaking around in the back garden of shy military leaders and terrorists, this time it'll be about going deeper into Sams personal situation. The first screens from the prison tells the story about a much more raw and gloomy game. Sam is now forced to manage without his hi-tech gear and instead use his reflexes.
As usually ubisoft puts alot of effort in the graphics and sound, like they try to go new paths with the gameplay, but that's not what exites us the most, no. It's the looks of the worlds most anonemus and boring gamehero now for real becomes human:
