I was browsing through my DGEN folder a while ago, and I think I recognize these pilots' faces:


This guy (I THINK) plays for FC Barcelona


This COULD BE Philip Cocu, who USED TO play for Barcelona


..and THIS GUY looks waaaaay too much like Ruud van Nistelrooy for it to be a coincidence...

But yes, he played footy here in my home town together with Ruud.

Cocu is Belgian? Then how could he have played in the Dutch National Team?

I have been browsing though those pictures before and never saw them, so I guess you got it from something else than the game originals.

Funny though.

They make a lot of money just by kicking a ball...

That last one is definately Ruud.

Trouble is, I'm not sure if any of them are Dutch as they aren't gobbing into Rudy Voeller's mullet.

INDEED, a while ago, we from 1.JaVA brought out the "Dutch pack". It consisted of some markings a Dutch speech pack (mostly 1.JaVA actors) and indeed some Dutch pilot pictures. 1.JaVA_Serval made the pilot pictures and decided that football players look much more prettier then the criminals of the 1.JaVA squad (joking)

I think he did a good job on those pictures. Serval also convinced that Oleg should put this "Dutch pack" into PF by patch. Anyways, it is nice that someone was noticing

I thought it MUST have something to do with the campaigns I downloaded recently. Funny experience, to browse the DGen folder, and thinking: "Hold on... that face looks quite familiar!"

The Dutch pilotskins and partraits came in the game with the 4.0x update. So, anyone who likes can hear some Dutch brabbling
If you look in the DU folder of the speech, you can also find two extra actors (Indonesian gunner and a pilot with a really crappy and noisy radio).

So, Arnie, you browsed the faces before 4.01 or you did not pay attention.

First one is Bronckhorst (Barcelona, Rangers)... be sure. They follow in this order: Cocu (Barcelona, PSV), Nistelrooy (PSV, Man UTD), UTD Nistelrooy, PSV Cocu.

All great players with exception of Nistelrooy, because he is World Class.

I bet they kick a$s in FB too.

Well, usually, americans are easy to spot in a crowd. As well as Eastern European folks. Aside from asian and africans of course. Ow and don't call us authors or, we will find a way to sue you for posting these pictures on the internet
