Prais fc and ubi no sf tell them how happy you are

I would be very happy and tell my friends!
I would talk about it on all the forums im posting
I would buy 2 copies just because of that
I agree on options 1, 2 and 3!
I would trash ubi because they did think about before!

I would buy one copy.

You should add another option like:
"I'm not sure now. Ubi now disgusts me for what they've done, and there's very small chance I buy another Ubisoft title before long, but if the game happen to be really exceptionnal, and after having tried it at a friend's, with the demo (if not starforced), or in a gaming center and really liked it, I might buy once another Ubisoft game".

That's my answer.

(Note that 3 months from now, had Ubi dropped StarForce I wouldn't have thought twice before buying the game)

I would buy 1 and convince at least 1-2 more to buy.

I'd prefer if there weren't SF, but the devs worked hard on the game and if they believe that SF will help their sales... Then so be it. The Open Beta has worked fine for me, hopefully the retail will as well.

I reecently played the beta HOMM5 but then started having problems with my original HOMM3 and also flight simulator 2004 my DVD ROM wouldnt read these disk.
Have reinstalled my OS and all my software and there are no HOMM games going onto my computer ever again until i know for sure its safe to put on my system.
My Flight simulator and DVD are working well again also and i have been able to play flight simualtor from the DVD ROM.
I just cant afford to take the risk.
This will probably be my last post here because im so ****ty. I was really looking forward to buying HOMM5 also until this problem occured.

I would gladly buy HoMM 5 with no Starforce, post about it, encourage my friends to buy it and hell maybe even buy one spare to give to a friend as well :P.. I just bought Galactic Civilization 2..Could have pirated the game and all since they dont use any sort of protection really.. But I really liked how Stardock handles things and decided that it was something worth paying for. ( Ever since I installed two games with SF I have to use a crack to play my legal copy of Civ 4 and have had some other weird problems)

Relax everyone! Ubi has got internal problems with their stuff but this is Nival's game. If it does not have a SF installed i would be please that if you all would try the demo.

Voted option 1. Hope more people would support Heroes Series. Also hope Gorrk would change his mind soon! [If SF is not installed]

No its not its a ubi game end there are no internal problems that i know off

A CM on the French HOMMV forums announced that Ubi decided not to use StarForce on future games (and hence HOMMV too).

So, it seems what I thought very unlikely is now happening. I'd guess it's not a coincidence it happens not too long after they got a class action filed against us in the US. Would they have done that earlier, they'd lost less money, but at least they finaly made the right choice, and won't lose more money to StarForce now.

Well I would defenitly buy the game and I would tell some of my friends that dont want to buy it with SF ( neither do I) that there wont be any SF.
I just dont see the point of buying a game with SF when I can wait a couple weeks for a cracked version with SF removed.

wow I am shocked it got turned around at this stage in the game. Good news though. I don't mind copy protection but SF wasn't the best option.
