  • Encourage stealth, the radar is a noise sensor (sprinting, shooting shows etc.)
  • 4 Vs 4 - tight teams
  • Two modes, both either end or play as non-respawn. First is a pool of 20 lives which whittle down, second is three rounds of a single life only.
  • Meta-game asks you to 'Survive 12 weeks'. Each match is a day, so that should about take you to August ;)
  • Rich customization - loadouts and in-game crafting.
  • Great movement / melee system.

For those of you wanting to try out an extremely interesting tactical game during your wait for Blacklist, I discovered this nifty game for PC, called "Door Kickers". I highly suggest it for any PC gamer who's into tactical strategy games like ARMA and Rainbow Six.

What is "DoorKickers" supposed to be?

"Doorkickers" is a top-down real time strategy game where you control a team of SWAT officers to tackle scenarios ranging from clearing buildings to VIP escorts and hostage rescue. Some of you older gamers will find that it borrows elements from the planning phase of classic Rainbow Six. Some of you younger folks who got into gaming a bit later than RB6 might remember the phenomenal indie game known as Frozen Synapse, a top-down simultaneous turn-based strategy PC game that also incorporates many elements from the planning phase in older Rainbow Six titles. Doorkickers has a similar premise, albeit less cyberpunk and more real-world.


Sounds interesting. How can I check it out?

The game costs around $8 right now to get access to the alpha, as well as all subsequent versions (they're apparently in their second alpha stage) and the final build after release. However, spending more on the game would result in some KickStarter-esque benefits, like being able to vote for certain game features and designing your own character. I recently picked it up and had a heck of a time with it.

It's also in Steam's Greenlight Top 100, so with some additional support, there's a chance it'll be released on Steam in the near future. I highly suggest picking it up, or at the very least voting for it on Steam Greenlight. It certainly has a boatload of promise behind it.

It's just my thinking. Build yourself a good PC and it holds for 5 - 10 years. And its not THAT expensive to buy a new piece once in a while if you look at the prices a Xbox costs when it was just released.

So why are they not focusing on what consoles always were about? GAMES!!

Instead they try to make a multimedia PC out of it.

As for me, I first discovered stealth in 2010 when I played Oblivion for the first time, and for some reason I can't remember, I decided to make my character a thief. Though the stealth system in that game wasn't the best IMO, I loved sneaking around and pickpocketing people, and even though I kept getting caught and arrested multiple times which made me annoyed a little bit, I liked the idea behind stealth and had a lot of fun stealthily pickpocketing and stealing things, and decided to have a go at a full-on stealth game. So I went out and bought Splinter Cell: Double Agent as I had heard from the internet that SC was a really good stealth franchise, played it, loved it, then tried more SC games and other stealth franchises..

So thats how I got into stealth and the SC franchise. "In fact, a custom SOC (system on a chip) module made by AMD contains the CPU/GPU chip, the memory, the controller logic, the DRAM, and the audio processors, and connects directly to the heat sink via a phase-change interface material."

My most favorite franchise is Killzone . I played it on my playstation 2 and playstation 3. I'm still playing it today. But a lot of people never play it. I watch Killzone 3 video on youtube. There is one comment said that Killzone was underrated. I don't know why. I think that because these days most people play Call of Duty and Battlefield. I just want to ask : What is the most underrated game you ever play?
