			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div>Just ran into an interesting interaction in a game that I'm not sure is a bug or an intended gameplay mechanic. I attacked an enemy Dire Wolf with my Moonsilk Spinner. Usually, an enemy recieves Crippling counters before retaliation takes place. But for some reason, the Dire Wolf dealt its full retaliation damage when it's Retribution triggered. I don't know if it's because the creature is flagged as killed before the cripple counters are added, or if the counters are just removed as it dies, or if Retribution is applied at some odd point in sequence of events.<br />

Any insight on these events would be appreciated.</div>

eg. Chain lightning cost i 4 mana and 4 flasks<br />
Geyser 3/3<br />
Fireball 4/4 but 4 damage insted of 3 and potentially +1 target<br />
i think chain lighting badly needs cost and/or reduction<br />

also i think Lightning bolt 4/4 there are many reasons i could put here but 3/3 or 3/4 or 4/3 would be muchmore appropriate<br />

also lightning speed from 3/3 to 2/3 or 3/2 would be better and much better playable<br />
<br />
also sandstorm instead of 3/3 to 3/2 or 2/3<br />

also cyclone from 4/4 to 3/3<br />

i tried many deck with it and main disadvantage of air magic is simply is too expensive and till time you may cast it you still miss something<br />
i think there was some bug when air magic was created and when the numbers came out from devs to programers the bug increased the numbers by 1 :)</div>

I've always loved the HOMM universe since my eyes first gazed upon HOMM 3. I recently discovered MMDOC and was immediately interested. This with some scepticism because I have alwas found &quot;card games&quot; nerdy and boring. Now 5 weeks after my début, I have totally fallen in love with this game. I love the quick games, chess-board way of thinking, and the HOMM universe. I have always been against spending money for virtual goods, but I have already invested 100$ into MMDOC. Kudos to the developers for creating such an awesome game! Enough sweet-talk, here are my perspective on the current game and how it could be improved.<br />
<br />
- New game modes: E.g. quick response with only 15-30 seconds duration of each turn<br />
<br />
- A larger incentive for using high level units (Abyssal lord, Vampire lord, etc.). Death spells and other removement spell simply make it too risky to deploy these high tier units. After 250+ wins, I see a clear trend. Personally I never use more than might 4 units with my necro deck.<br />
<br />
- Reduce the effectiveness of OKT decks. Decks which only purpose is to impede the gameplay are lame, boring and clearly a consequence of poor design. Gameplay should be intellectual, fast-paced and tactical. I mostly leave the game if I meet an OKT player. It is simply not worth my time. Which brings me to the next bullet<br />
<br />
- A larger incentive for high ELO players. Players abusing the system algorithms is a huge problem. Especially for newcomers that needs protection form these &quot;predators&quot;. It is too easy to abuse the system and is again, clearly a consequence of poor design. There is no incentive to reach high ELO other than an increase of difficulty. It is much more effective to farm gold/levels at lower ELO. The current system is counterproductive and needs some immediate attention. It should be relatively easy to fix.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div>In sacrificial pit I think there is a huge missing option, in next patches <font color="#FF0000">please add miscellaneous options to infernal pit so we can search epic and rare cards we can put in sacrificial pit more easily</font>, I for myself did a big fail and I noticed it so long after I did, I noticed that I did sacrificed one of my heroes and thus I bought 15-20 heroic packs again, I think that option lets you find rares or epics on infernal pit can provide this kind of mistakes, I always choose creatures and fortunes and spells seperately now but while searching rares and epics in 3 of each class cards, it consumes so much time<br />
<br />
And also one more suggestion, we can add some cautions to get back the cards we sacrificed I think, because for instance I sacrificed acamas as it seems and I connected with support and I told them the condition, I asked &quot;is it possible to delete one of my 5+ epics or 1000 gold to give me my acamas her back&quot; they said there is nothing can be done, so it was ofcourse my mistake and I respect their desicion but I wouldnt do it if I would a developer, so than I think that hero could be phrias or kieran etc, so my other suggestion is <font color="#FF0000">crystal symbolized cards(reward cards) should be unplaceable to pit or there must be a way to getting them back or they should be buyable I think</font><br />

you can think like &quot;I cannot fail that much, whoever did it suffer his punishments I dont care&quot; <br />
but I was thinking like that too and that accident changed my opinions, all people can fail or can do stupid things, accidents and mistakes can happen, so ubisoft must prevent such accidents I think, thanks for reading my bad english folks :P c ya :)<br />

MTG veteran here...  Don't get me wrong, I've had problems with Magic's balance in the past, BUT this game is not even close to balanced.<br />
1.  The balance problems can be seen not only faction vs faction and spell school vs spell school, but many of the rarer cards are much too strong for their cost. <br />
2.  Creature removal is overpowered for red and black, with no way to respond due to the complete lack of any mechanics that would allow for it.  If you're not using Fireball or black's creature killing spells then you lose, as the other schools have nothing that even comes close to being that effective.<br />
3.  The spells that should fill the utility role are NEVER worth playing, unless they are heroic level cards.  <br />
4.  Due to the power in rare cards, if you throw money at this game you will be better than everyone else, it's that simple.  This is the worst possible way to implement a f2p game.<br />
<br />
It's a shame b/c I like most Ubisoft games, but this one is abysmal.  The artwork and setting are strong (due to the Heroes of M&amp;M universe), but, with the exception of the importance of positioning in battle, it lacks any sort of competence in game design, even on the most fundamental level.<br />
<br />
There's actually a card, I believe it's called Guardian Angel, that breaks my brain.  It's a protection card that defends everyone in a ROW, allies and enemies alike.  It's like they had a 2 column list and on one side there was 'affects row' and on the other there was 'spell immunity', so a brainless spreadsheet spit out a card.  I've seriously seen more effort and intelligence put into designing chew toys for dogs.</div>

 I want to discuss the important next Steps you would like to go by developing the game in the right direction.<br />
Soo, after we will finally get the chat and some new cards in the following days, I have to think about really necessary aspects. Months have past and all you can bring to us is the chat and about 100 new cards? Are you serious? I have to think about whats going on, how do you guys start to work, why does it take so long to bring new aspects (but of course more than necessary ones) in the game? Is your team that limited that you arent able to bring new things in a  understandable timeline? Friends from my side told me that they are confused what you do to develop the game, they asked me &quot;Is that all which they bring to the new expansion?&quot; They were really, really disappointed.<br />

So I ask you:<br />

-What about a Reconnect system? Is that too much for you? I mean this feature is soo necessary for us, we get a DC and all we can think about is a instant loose? I think it´s a really simple aspect, which can improve the game a lot! And ones again IT IS NECESSARY! It is even more necessary than all your beautiful designed cards or a new tournament mode (Swiss tournaments), so please get on your PC´s and bring us this important improvment in the NEAR FEATURE<br />

- I already mentioned this toppic in the developers Chat takeover...but I guess I have to write it down once again. So I wrote about improvemnets in the Cash Shop, I´m sure that you guys as a company have to earn money to be sucessfull by developing the game, now freaking tell me why you dont add digital foils, new banners, alternative artworks for cards (like the champion skins in lol), namechange and much other stuff  to increase your earnings by at least 100- 300% ? I mean you want to make money, so why you dont add cosmetic extras to the game? Every single day is potential gone money for you... think about that, it should be more than important for a company to earn money, we players would also be happy about the nice, little extras.<br />
<br />
- Change he elo-System! There is no meaning to get to 1500 Elo, the rewards are always the same and we all know the big problem about the gold farmers, players leave matches to get a low elo rating to play against new players to win the game easily. They farm gold to get new cards which isnt fair at all and the new players get bored by playing against high tier decks. Thats a really big problem in my opinion...<br />
<br />
- Please make it possible to create new and working decks, high-elo games are always the same, change the possibility to create OTK decks, that isnt fun at all, you could create a bann-list, to dont make this boring playstyle even possible, we all want to see different, interesting matches - So please balance the cards that also high eloplayers are able to create new strategys.<br />
<br />
-Delet the text which is shown by logging out &quot;Are you sure that you will forsake your army! or something like that....please change it to &quot;Are you sure that you will exit&quot; or sth. like that....<br />
<br />
- The Trading-System....you have soo many threads about this aspect, the community is discussing that over and over again, WHY DO YOU DEVS DON´T GIVE A SIMPLE YES OR NO? There are also some other games which have cool ideas about rading/crafting new cards, you should really do soething, it is more than necessary to get single cards, even in a CCG...please bring us an answer about that in the NEAR FEATURE. People want to know about the future so please think about that big aspect of the game.<br />

- The guild system...you already answered to that question in the chat takeover, you said that you want to get to this. When can we expect this feature? I really dont think, that you are working on this already, there are things which are more important than this. So please bring us this feature in the next months, many others including me would love to see this ingame to create groups of players, to help each other, to discuss about different aspects, to represent the guild in matches and so on.<br />

- Do you plan to add the ghamehistory and other stuff to playerprofiles? That would be also a cool feature for all of us.<br />

- To make DoC more competitive you could create a best-of-100-Tournament every single moth (of course you would need to add special, big rewards), thats just an idea from my side to make a little step to a more cometitive game.<br />

- Wouldnt it just be amazing to implement leagues? For example bronze, silver, gold, Worldmaster (Top 100). Players would be able to mess up with each other in the same league, this would make the game more competitive and you could develop this as a huge expansion on the current elo-system.<br />

At the end you can see that there are some points which you should think about to change/develop. There are some really necessary aspects which you nearly &quot;HAVE TO&quot; add ingame, please stop discussing about the trade-system and other stuff, bring us a simple yes or no, please start  polls, if you want to, players will show you what to improve, whats important. DoC is a really awesome game but there are some points which are important to us gamers. So thank you for the game how it is atm and thank you for the new cards (which look a bit too strong for me, do you dont think? :D ) and the wanted ingame chat. I hope that the devs will contnue developing the game with the community, this is important to make a game better and better.<br />

I'm new to this game, and I just lost a game for no reason that I could tell. Is there a turn limit? We were around turn 15, and I did have less health than the other guy. But it ended like 18-2 or something, and the scoreboard said that I had 2 health remaining.<br />
<br />
The game ended in defeat as soon as I finished my turn (before the other guy started his), so I know he didn't play anything that would have hit me, and anyway it would have showed my health go to 0, I would think.<br />
<br />
Why did I lose??<br />
<br />
(I also had creatures in blocking positions on his 2 creatures, not to mention both his guys were melee or flyer and I had just cast a spell that prohibited those types from attacking until my next turn.)<br />
<br />
(Oh and I did not run out of cards in my deck. I still had like 30 or something.)</div>

It was quite interesting for new players as it &quot;forced&quot; them to think around the corner and showed them unexpected moves/strategies. I know there is the Combo Clash, but dont think it is the same, just tell me if i am wrong here.<br />

The best case scenario, if you are REALLY lucky, you only need around ~20 packs.<br />
<br />
The worst case scenario, if you are REALLY unlucky, you need around ~260 packs.<br />
<br />
In average, it was possible to complete with 60 packs. This results are based on 5000 simulations.<br />
<br />
As you can see, the random effect is really huge, you can keep opening packs and never get THAT hero you want, and it may take some time until you complete the collection.<br />
<br />
Personally, I've opened 32 packs so far and I'm missing 3 heroes (Nergal, Belias and Xorm).</div>

If there is a better forum or feedback mechanism for this please let me know! Likewise, if these features are already in the game and I have just missed them please point that out as well :)<br />

1) Please create a way to save the contents of a deck. Right now we have to remove cards from a deck or delete it outright to be able to use those cards in other places, and I think that is fine, but having a way to save the contents of a deck so that we can easily come back later on and reconstruct it. This could be done with an interface in the game, or more simply with an 'export' feature that would save a simple text or csv file. That could even be shared, allowing you to help others create decks (but to use them they would still have to own the cards of course).<br />
<br />
2) Please create an option to play against yourself, with two decks you have made. This would fall under the Practice section. I used to do this all the time with real-life CCGs in order to test out my different decks.<br />
<br />
3) Please improve support for higher resolution monitors. The game does well where I work, as I have 1680x1050 resolution screens, but at home on a 2560x1440 monitor everything is so small that it is hard to really use the interface effectively.<br />
<br />
4) Please consider an option for longer turn timers, for those who may want to play casually with a friend over the course of days instead of minutes. Another game I play like this has options for 5 minute, 15 minute, and 24 hour turn cycles - something like that, at least in the Practice area, would be great.<br />

DoC is so poorly designed that they gave every faction a crapload of cards to stall combat, and just about every spell school a TON of AoE (which makes absolutely no sense....great job specializing the schools guys!). The solution should be Quick Attack, but of course, there's only a few creatures with Quick Attack (and only 1 of them any good), while there are a billion AoE spells &amp; stalling fortunes.<br />
<br />
The most annoying thing about OTK stall decks is that they completely waste your time. It's just turn after turn of your opponent doing nothing but clearing the board and/or stopping you from attacking. There are already plenty of threads that talk about how to combat an OTK deck, and I'd suggest you take a look through them. <br />
<br />
However, if you either lack the cards, or simply hate adding useless cards just to deal with 1 pain in the *ss build, my suggestion is to be just as big a pain in the *ss. If they're going to waste your time by stalling for 20+ turns, you just turn around and waste theirs by taking a full 2 minutes every turn. True, this makes the match even longer, but think of this....you will only have to deal with this every time you face an OTK deck...they will have to deal with it EVERY GAME. If they want to ruin your game experience by playing a stall deck, you ruin theirs by making their victory take an hour. Do that, and maybe you won't run into quite so many of these annoying builds.</div>

The game is awesome, the folks on this forum have been very helpful and constructive offering advice and sound knowledge and most people I play are damn decent folk.<br />

It's been a great ride and I play every day, until tiredness starts to affect my game play and I have to take a rest.<br />
<br />
I've sunk a bit of money and bought a few boxes and done the grind and earned seals to get me my next Void Box.<br />
<br />
I have thoroughly enjoyed playing this game (and I started on Pong back in the 70's)<br />

So, I'm mega keen on the new upgrade and I'm really looking forward to the release of the new cards. I'm gonna throw down some cash and buy a box or two. It's that good.<br />

So, I just wanted to say thanks really for making such a great game and I hope the developers continue to support it and release hundreds more cards for me to collect. Hell, I even print off my favourites and stick them on the wall above my PC. Let's face it, the artwork is pretty top drawer and I hail from D&amp;D days etc. etc.<br />
