Ive tried re-installing the game with original name and PW, No Good, Then tried setting up a new name and PW, That still fails. So it looks as though this is another UBISOFT Problem.
Any chance UBI might fix this problem, No they haven't fixed other problems so I shouldn't think so. You can't easily submit a ticket because Ubisoft apparently hides it. Telling people to click technical support is a copout and this individual needs to read up on what customer service means. This needs to be fixed. We did not all change our passwords and forget them at the same time.
