I have RADEON 9100 and Catalyst 3.10 -- mine won't even pass Direct3D anymore when it gets to v9 tests. Crash dump and reboot. Hey, you're not the only one. I'm having the same problem, and I'm on a good solid DSL connection. Everything works (Ae'Gura, different ages) -- except the neighborhoods. I can't get to any of them. I've had it crash to the desktop out a couple of times, I think I've upset the video card once ... and see if the screen will move forward.
