Except some Ubisoft propoganda (whichever one says "Glade of Dreams" in it is the one) says the Glade is Rayman's world. So...yeah.

Saying it is on a different part of the planet is like saying A Link to the Past and Ocarina of Time take place in different countries all called Hyrule.

Another thing to remember are the Teensies, whose lives revolve around the Hall of Doors, which is located in the Glade of Dreams. Similarly, the Ludivs who populate the Fairy Council seem to be deeply connected with the Glade.

I don't see any reason why R1 and R3 shouldn't be in the Glade of Dreams. After all, A Link to the Past and Wind Waker take place in the same place, just different continuities. Zelda and Mario games in particular have many different conflicting continuities. Therefore, can't Rayman have multiple continuities?

Actually, the Zelda games are all connected. They're just in different times. Have you ever heard of the "Hyrule A and Hyrule B" theory? I think that theory should be credited as fact.

So, what you're saying is, that where the Rayman games take place, aren't in a Galaxy of some sort? I mean, The Glade of Dreams has to be either a planet, or part of a planet. Otherwise, RazorBeard never destroyed other planets, ever. And we can't have that, now can we. That would screw up all the twisty laws of physics that the Rayman universe possesses.

Dark, I'm aware of the theory; in fact, I know I've got my own out on one of the Zelda sites. I'm aware that they are in different times, but I'm using it as an analogy.

But i've been watching the map of the Glade. And it look's like The glade is an continent. So maybe Rayman 3 is on the hole world... that should explain the teensie highways.

I've always considered the Front being the continent that most of the Rayman games take place on. The exception, and I guess proof that there isn't just one continent, is the Summit Beyond the Clouds, which apparently takes place on a seperate continent (unless the Looming Sea is like the Dead Sea and is inland).

And the Glade of Dreams is... is... hmm, I've always thought of it as, umm, part of Rayman's planet. Now that I think about it, it doesn't really make sense what it is. You guys don't make sense either. Man, we really need one of Rayman's creators to clear stuff up for us... we are so in desperate need of help and solid advice.

Maybe the Glade is a part of the world AND the whole world? e.g, I am from Limerick city, in Ireland, yet Limerick city is a part of Limerick county...the country or continent which is the Glade could be the "capital" of the world which is the Glade!

Vatican city is an approx mile-squared city which is inside another city, Rome, bizarrely. Even freakier, it is technically a country somehow. A city shouldn't be a country.

p.s. don't Catholics go to hell if they don't go to church every week, or did they abolish that?

Oh, come on. I'm not even Christian and even I know what the Vatican is. This is almost as bad as when HC didn't know what the Louvre was. : P

I'm Christian, but that doesn't mean I HAVE to know what Vatican city is. Even though I do.......

And, I'm not sure if you'll go to Hell if you don't go to Church, but God would really like it if you did. :)

In any case, the Fairy Council is definitely a part of the Glade of Dreams, whether the glade is a continent or the entire planet.
