I was playing Rayman 2 when suddenly, the lighting went wrong and Rayman turned black and everything was straight. All the objects had turned a different colour. Once I got to a green lum, A's came out of it instead of green sparkles. Weird, huh?

That happened to me once too. Had to restart it. :B

I had something similar! If I pressed Windows Button to pause Rayman 2, and then went back to it, all the graphics lost their textures. Everything including Rayman became white, though and the shading was still right so you could still see where Rayman and the walls were. the sparkle sprites like Lums and the little lights comming out of the ground stayed the same though.

In Rayman 3, Something happened like that on my Uncle's computer, I installed it and the texturing was reversed, Rayman was Red and Purple. XD

I have the playstation 2 version and it only has trouble with the sound. somtimes it gets stuck on the same sound, somtimes the music goes away, and other times the sound disapeares all together.

that must be common fault in alot of the copies. i've had this problem and i've heard from a few others who have too.

rayman 2 just wont play on ma computer D:< (then again i did download it....... *has very quilty face*)

I have one very funny and handy glitch in Rayman 3. On PC, you have to switch disk 2 with disk 3 before youre about to enter TDOTK, right? One time, the game just stopped asking me to switch the disks, so I can play with only using disk 2. O_o; Well, at least I don't need to switch annoying disks anymore.

Meh, I could never enjoy the greatness of Rayman 2 like most people did. Damn Game Pak. >_< It ALWAYS has to lose it's damn memory.
So yeah, I played and beat the game in one sitting, just because I couldn't trust my Game Pak. It wasn't very enjoyable after the fourth hour, cause I started to get woozy, and every time I was at a frustrating level, I would get a head ache, even while looking at those beautiful graphics. Anyways, this glitch never happened to me. |

Just buy the game for PC. I never had a glitch.

Rayman 2 is great and is for sale here for 3 euros (6 dollars, i think). What's the problem ?

Revolution works on my PS3, apart from 1 console-transition glitch which makes it tricky to get into the pirate mines. I had recurring dreams about getting it to work for weeks... Once I overcame that glitch though, it was clear sailing!

HOW?! how did you do it!?! please tell me , i've been trying for weeks but it just keeps sending me back and forth between the mins and the area where the kart came from. I love revolution to bits and i don't wanna stop playing it cause of that one glitch

Well, monkey man, this a very dodgy solution, but it worked for me:
Jump in the cart. When it says "save game?", hold down the PS button for about 1 second, and while holding it down select "no". This way, the transparent menu with stuff like "quit game" "turn off controller" and "turn off the system" appears JUST as you get to the mines. Then, when Rayman is moving in the cart, select "Quit Game" and HIGHLIGHT "yes", but don't select it. Sometimes(rarely, though) this actually works. A different solution is to, after it asks you if you want to save the game, quickly jump out of the cart into the pirate mines level! There is about a 1-second window during which you can do this. This is also very tricky to pull off, and you probably will have to try many times. Once you get into the level, make sure you finish it and save in the teensie circle. You can then use the spiral door to get back to the pirate mines anytime you want without using the cart. Good luck, my fellow PS3-owning Rayman fan! |

ive finally got rayman 2 workin
but theres a glitch D: in the cave of bad dreams im tryin to defeat the boss guy (sorry i dont know the name stupid...) he suddenly disappears while im fighting him and i get any further in the game  Unbelievably stupid, Unmistakeably emo.
