I've been unable to download a working file of the "A-10A Thunderbolt II" videos on the virtual-jabog32 site. It's available as a WinRAR file but on three separate attempts to download a working copy, all I get is a corrupted package. I had no problems with the "Lock ON Flaming Cliffs Trainingsvideos" which is a considerably smaller file size... I sent a request for info on the Contact us link on the site but no reply as of yet. If anyone has copies of the training videos, or knows where I might be able to get then elsewhere... I'd greatly appreciate your help or suggestions.

I havent had any problems. i downloaded them about a week ago. are you sure you have all the proper codecs you need? if not check out the divx codecs. i see you mentioned the files are corrupted though, so maybe thats not the problem. sorry i cant be of more help.

Thanks for the reply
- Introduction and Navigation - GAU-8A Avenger Cannon and Unguided Rockets - Unguided Bombs - AGM-65 Maverick Tactical Air to Ground Missiles - AIM-9 Sidewinder Air to Air Missile - Continuously Computed Release Point CCRP bombing mode The other one attempt only yielded the first video only... and attempts yielded file sizes less than the advertised size. Then when trying to open the RAR package I get a error message, something to the effect of "unexpected end..." and when trying to extract the data I get another message about corrupted file ??? I have no problems opening any of my other archived RAR files... I still haven't heard anything back from the site itself as yet and I'm hoping to be able to find/get the file broken down into more manageable sizes. If anyone happens to be in the area (FNQ Australia) and has these files available, I'd be happy to pay for the trouble of burning them to CD/DVD and postage... Should anyone have direct access to the sites developer and could put a good word in for me regarding my dilemma I'd be equally grateful. I might mention that I intended to view the videos via Windows Media Player so would prefer the file as avi or wmv file types. I'll also be looking for the other movies as well cheers, OldStoagy |
