Make sure you don't have an auto-pilot mode on, and don't bother to assign the "pitch/roll trim" axis in LOMAC. They need to be mapped to your stick's HAT from within your stick's programming software.

Also- read & follow the instructions on this page to make sure you have the basic axis set up properly, as well as prep work for creating a profile with your software.

FYI- It's up to you to understand how to use your stick's programming software. LOMAC is a simulation- not a console game. It takes time & effort to set it up. In short- if you expect to be flying in 20 minutes with no study, no work- you are in for a big disapointment. Slow down & read.

My page will get your stick basics ready to go. Read the other pages too. You'll learn somethin.

Learn how to map your stick buttons with the desired corresponding key commands- USING YOUR STICK'S SOFTWARE. You don't have to map everything at once- Come up with a layout plan & get some basics in there like trim, fire, lock/unlock target, slew TDC's & radar cones, brakes, gear, flaps. You can do the rest later.

(my setup- Fighterstick, Pro Throttle, Pro Pedals click for pictures)

BY the way- DON'T delete LOMAC's default stick button assignments until you understand how to map them yourself. Once you are comfortable with the mapping software- go back to that page I linked, and then delete those deafult assignments. YOU MUST do this at some point or you will have button conflicts- profile won't work right.
