1) There are no Nukes in LOMAC, even though KH-65 is a nuke, it will act like a KH-55 and make the same size BANG. You can load any weapon onto any pylon of any aircraft in LOPE, but it does not mean it will actually be fireable or droppable since the specific code in the Lockon executable is not there. If you want to try things out for yourself for offline fun, by all means give it a go, but dont be surprised if nothing happens. Best to try these things one at a time so you can remember what you have done and undo them again afterwards. Or else just take a backup copy of the whole ME folder, so you can restore back to a pukka setup. When I first got LOPE, I played around with all kinds of crazy combo's, most of which would just stay stuck on the aircraft.  Sorry Death, you lose! It was Professor Plum....
