If you bought a 2 disk set called LOCK on GOLD you were sold defective goods. The initial run of gold sets had a defective 2nd disk that asks for a serial number that does not exist. If you bought this used from someone- I would bet just about anything that the seller knew this when they sold it to you. If you got it new- return it. Need help? Not really, it is just one issue. Whilst Lockon got some bad press back in 2003, patches fixed much that was initially wrong (no different from many PCgames). The only prob in the last coupla years was a bad batch of CD's in the GOLD packs. Most were sorted out by Evolved Games (the GOLD publisher), but there are still a few of the bad GOLD packs out there on store shelves, hence the occasional person gets caught out. Sadly the PR company handling the replacement discs for Evolved have run out of replacements. Sounds like you might have been duped by whoever sold you the game. Get a refund from the seller. Then look to buy just the single disc version of the basic Lockon, Ive seen dozens on Ebay etc for peanuts in both the UK and the US (search for Lockon, Lock on LOMAC). Then come back and we will tell you the best way to get the addon Flaming Cliffs that will work for sure. Sorry Death, you lose! It was Professor Plum....
