Folks , I have some relatives who are going to Russia . I already have Lock On and Im interested in acquiring its expansion Flamming Cliff . Unfortunetly here in my country , its impossible nowadays to find anything relative to Lock On . Ive heard there are 2 unique way to acquire its expansion . One is to buy it on the net ( using Credit Card which I dont want to use ) or going to Russia and buying it on the stores . So my questions are : can the game be set to be used in English and how is its cover box ? Thanks anyway and sorry for my bad english

most members of this community have bought it online as a CD or as a Download from
ED software using some kind of online payment including Credit card .... at least thats what i did.

Sorry buddy but as I said I dont want to use credit card . Thats why I didnt buy it till now . Are the lock On Gold still preseting that bug on the Flamming Cliff installation or is it solved?

Still get the occasional folks posting about the problem with the GOLD borked 2nd CD (the FC CD). So I guess there are still one or two copies out there, but fewer and fewer it seems...

Just for curiosity , what should these guys do them? Does Ubbi sends then another copy?

Not UBI. Don't forget that UBI baled after patch v1.02, the GOLD package was actually published by Evolved Games.



Their fault for the manufacturing mixup that led to the borked 2nd CD in the GOLD package. They handle sending the replacement CD. From what I've read on the Forums, most folks in the continental US get a replacement in side a week or so.
As far as I know, the GOLD package sold in France,Germany,UK did not have this problem?
