Ah I didnt know this. Been registered there quite a while and my brosser logs me in automatically.
Anyway heres cut and paste of the announcement.
This might go sticky perhaps for people who are looking for the profile. Noticed the original Precog thread has it.

ENJOY

GENERAL INFO

This is lomac profile for saitek x52 joystick. The setup is basic on well known precog
saitek x45 no-trackir profile, with only few keys swapped between normal and pimkie mode
(esp in mode 2 nav, as during flying i used them more often and it is just faster to have
them there for me.

There is one major difference between x45 profile and this, as you can no longer assing keys
to mouse hat on the throttle I dont know how to setup 'radar cone and target designation cone
movement there'. As for now you can pan the view there just as you can with hat nr 1. [FIXED READ BELOW]

If someone find nice solution for this please let me know, as I havent dig deeper into this
i received , connected and installed the joystick just approx 1 hour ago.

FILES

readme.txt - you are reading this
lomac-kvb.dat - the saitek programming profile
lomac-kv-layout.pdf - ready to print x52 layout

INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS

1) YOu need to have all saitek drivers and lomac game installed
2) put the dat file into Program Files/Saitek/Software directory
3) load the profile

IMPORTANT NOTICE

the lomac games comes with its own saitek x45/x52 game profile, ie. once you get
the game installed and the game detects that joystick is connected it will be available
to confgure and assign keys within lomac options -> input -> Saitek X52 (from drop down
list)

to avoid any conflicts between saitek software and lomac YOU HAVE TO CLEAR ALL X52 KEY
ASSIGNEMETS within lomac, if you dont know how to do that consult on your favourite
lomac or saitek users forum

all the joy axis (elevator, ailerons, rudder, throttle, all the roatries and mouse axis)
can and must be assigned within the game... the default lomac setup is odd, some axis dont
work properly. same goes for mouse hat on the x52 throttle, you need to assign its function
within lomac (you choose mouse from your drop down menu and assign the approriate axis
when you need to)

you can setup this in lomac -> options -> input, select the device from drop down menu
and switch the button from keys to axis

-- UPDATE 8.01.2005

As for mouse hat issue, I've made a temporary workaround. The T buttons are assigned
to slew radar cone T1/2 up/down ; t3/4 right left ; t5/6 zoom in/out mfd

The mouse hat is set in profile as mouse x/y axis (works same as mouse in game), and
and to move 'Target designation cone' on hud you have to assign mouse x/y axis in
option -> input -> select mouse from drop down list, change the switch to axis
and set those axis to TD movement horizontal and TD movement vertical.

I also fixed few minor bugs, ie. forgot to make pimkie work as shift button in the profile.
