hello, i have some problems when i try load saved games, somebody hava that experience???

There are two things you might be talking about here.

One.
You are playing a campaign and you have successfully completed a particular mission in the campaign and wish to save your progress in the campaign.

Two.
You are part of the way through a mission and you press ESC then SAVE. Later you have tried to continue by loading up this Saved State file.

I imagine you are talking about saved states - I have never had that type of save work, pretty much no-one has - it seems to be borked. Many folks have posted on the Forums about this issue. It doesn't work, the Lockon Developers looked at it and it was pretty much impossible to fix, so it will never be fixed and so we have to live with it.
The short answer is don't start a mission unless you are sure you have time to complete it. If the phone rings, ignore it. If it is important they will call again. If someone knocks on your door, ignore it. It is probably someone trying to sell you something.
