When i click the exe nothing happens. the cmd box says invalid parameters then closes. i have the cdds studio and viewer but cant see the textures because it says i need the dx sdk. i can create skins but i dont know the correct image sizes and parameters. anyone know if there are an templates or a fix to the exe?

Download the latest MODMAN...6.3 IIRC, and use it to extract the .dds textures. The one provided on the disk never worked before.
