Hello, a few questions

I'm using the HAT on the joystick for the target designator for Mavericks and Shkval and the like. The problem is that it is insanely sensitive, a small push and it moves all over the HUD, especially for Shkval. Is there a way to make the hat controls less sensitive or maybe something else? My joystick is the Saitek Cyborg Evo.

Is there a table maybe where I can see the
size of different targets, as they are used for the Shkval system?
