I watched two vidios but still dont full understand.

Ironhand saying to keep to enemies in BVR.
he suggest to do so by lunching two long range
missile in 30 sec difference, while performinf F
route.
but the problem is while Im doing it the other enemey wingman fire a missile on me, and than I can't guide my missile any more, cause I need to meanuaver to avoide the missile.

First of all dont EVER!! engage 2 fighters ( AI or othervise ) if your still new to the game becase they will shoot you down allmost 100%.
Set up a 1 VS 1 in the Fast battle planer or the mission editor and practice what the video tells you.
And dont get discouraged if you loose those fights in the start, LockOn has a steep learning curve and BVR fights are no childs play, it takes some time before you get the hang of it.
After some time youll have to learn how to guide an AI Wingman into combat( look Ironhands again ) and first then you should consider engaging 2 Bandits.

to attack ,and I take a F turn so me and my wing man create a U shape and attacking from different directions. but still the missiles
arraives and I cant guide any long rage missiles

ok let me see if I understand:

1 after few minute of flying , Im sending my wingman to the right.

2. when I notice that my enemies split as well
Im locking on the left and let him take the
right ( I need to tell him, or he would do
that alone??). Im taking the left down ,
than help my wingman.
3. fly as fast as possible to way point 2
when there i will meet the second F15 pair
running away from our SAM, and shoot them
down.

the only question that still left in the air,
is what do you do when you have to guide along range missile but someone else fire a missile
towards you?

#1. Not after a few minutes, you must line up your flight allmost right away so you have a decent bracket splitting up the bandits..

#2. when the strobes split, lock on the right one and order your Wingie " attack my target "
then engage the left strobe.

Keeping your lock on the bandit while you avoid his missile is the essence of BVR fight in a Flanker, and is a matter of training, training and ...... training.
