I tried to change my setting so I'm doing something wrong, but why doesn't my joystick turn at the same rate of my keyboard, my joystick turns very slow and keyboard turns very fast, how do i change this?!

You have to adjust each axis. The keyboard inputs are 100% ON or OFF- there is no finesse or fine control.

The CURVE slider is the main sensitivity adjustment.

Go to options\input
Select your stick- flip switch to axis (at the top)
Select an axis- like ROLL. Make sure the switch at the BOTTOM is set to "axis" and not "slider"

The sliders are right there. SHIFT, DEAD ZONE, and CURVE.

You have to do EACH AXIS (pitch, roll, rudder) separately. On the sliders themselves- the closer to the middle you are- the more touchy it will be.
