To mark Friendly & Enemy airfields Lock on guide recommend to place a "non descript vehicle" for the a side, (Blue or Red) at any airfield.
I wonder what exactely is a "non descript vehicle".......Any example will help. Indeed I'm trying designing my LockOn Gold first missions and I'm getting planes landing at enemy airfields being destroyed by SAMs and AAA. Thanks for clarifications JastaV |

Sounds to me like you've got em marked just fine! Welcome to the world of AI. I think if you command them to "RTB" they will avoid landing at an enemy airfield- UNLESS- they go BINGO where they will approach the nearest airport. If that doesn't work- then YOU head home and command them to fall into formation on you. When your home base is the closest thing to you- then command them to land or whatever... |

Maybe a better way to make airfields be "enemy bases" is to allocate an enemy aircraft to take off from that base, but at a day or time that will not interfere with your mission, eg have it take off hours or even days in the future.
This should stop friendly AI from trying to land there. Sorry Death, you lose! It was Professor Plum.... |
