Its easy thanx to classes ballance, really.
Choose only veteran or hombre classes, sniper is similar to veteran but i didnt tried.
Forget the other clases, they are only for noobs - your targets.
If you dont trust me check scores on the servers.

As the veteran you get only one but wonderfull weapon. You can reload and absolutely precise hit in the middle
of jump immediately after being hit without need to aim down the sight. Trick is only to wait for proper moment,
don't hurry. As i said one shot you get can't decrease your precision if you survived. Dont move fast your mouse,
only smoothly move croshair to your target and wait till your target moves himself to your crosshair.
Short moment before aimed push the left mouse button. Shot timing needs practice a little, bur succes is assured.
Few things about tactics in team games. Allways be behind rushing teammate, he attracts enemys attention and you
can shot undisturbed. Best way is to hide behind box at your spawn. Spawning players
are best cover for you. If you got fast finger and fast connection you can rush. Shot immediately after you see
an enemy at close range. One your shot is completely deadly and if you miss, you mostly survives enemys hits
long enough to reload and make next shot. Combination of both styles is the best. I call it finisher. Run behind
friendly player, if he meet an enemy and die it's your moment. Enemy is mostly wounded, need reload and without
melee attack practically defenceless. Poor boy is completely yours.

Hombre is also great class. Runs fast and if you jumps during run at long range you can be hit only by lucky shot.
At close range you survives hits long enough to fire your 4 shells to enemy direction with almost 100% lethality
except being hit by veteran or sniper rifle. If you miss, you reloads fast enough to fire second wolley.

To ensure your victory make your own server, and start to download something useles from internet to increase
your enemies lags. If somebody kills you more than twice kick him!

As I said dont be a noob playnig for fun, be KING if not in reality at least at your own computer.
Victory is much more important than fun especialy at PC.

BTW: my prefered clases are 1. Rifleman, 2. Trapper, 3. Officer
I am one of the noobs enjoyng gameplay.

During last days I explored another trick. If you connects to server with only 2 bars of connection quality, you get something similar to kevlar, it works like doubled health. Maybe you could have some problems with aiming but for hombre its not important.

LOL. This is the most noobish post I've seen since this forum started. Instead of following this guy, just practice and get good. You can be king without using dishonest tactics. Plus, if you follow this guy, you'll find no one joins your server very quickly.
I can't believe anyone would intentionally increase lag for guests on their server, the network code for MP COJ2 is sloppy enough without adding torrents to the mix.
Sorry to troll, but this kind of advice is just plain harmful to the gaming community.
Smile

If thats how the class balancing patch really is, this game is damned.

So ****ing tired of hombres, veterans, and snipers. (And dynamite spammers, but thank god most people don't even use dynamite.)

TO GROMRoland: AS Retro21 said you didnt understood sarcasm. I wrote what I saw during game many veterans with high score. I tried their tactics an I was also succesfull.
I agree with you that this style harms gamming community but this is not a new idea but desription of some players style. I see those players at servers only as a veterans , snipers and hombres, allways with top scores mostly wins 3-5 maps in a row. I love rifleman class and traper is also my favorite, but against this tactics is no chance.
I dont want to harm playing community, only to show some tricks works at this version to ballance the game.
Maybe thanx to my topic server will be full of veterans and hombres, maybe Techland will wake up and fix those drawbacks in this beautifull and promising game. Who knows.
As I suggested in another topic war veteran is skilled skirmisher trained in war. If you make for example 20 kills in a sigle round using another class you proved your veteranship and you can use this class till the end of round.
At snipers is similar situation. I saw in cod serie whole armies of snipers, but reality is different. Make 10 headshots in a round with unscoped weapon to show your marksmanship if you want to be a sniper.
At last if you want I will give you a player's names who kicks you from their own server if you kill them too often and you will wonder how many players are there.

Stinking Springs WWL = Dynamite abusing!

Thank god most of people don't know how to raid using dynamite. They just throw it and wait people die instead of breaking through, while the dynamite keep the victims busing jumping and fleeing.

I stand corrected and retract my scorn. Smile
I just thought when I read your first post "oh great, another griefer has found the forums."
Re-reading it I see you were merely joking (and trying to draw attention to the problem). Sorry for assuming you were part of the problem. Wink

Its not a joke its a way to change situation. As I said i described working way of play, but
annoying for the others, "noobs" like me. I offers 2 solutions:
1. We all will be veterans and hombres with equal chance
-bad for me, i want western, not a scifi game
2. Under pressure of players Techland will make corrections.

I think there is no real difference in aimed/unaimed accuracy at all weapons. I dont understand how can be jumping shoter accurate equaly to staying and when he runs his accuracy decreases.

Don't take it as a bash but, what about practicing?
I can guarantee you can beat any class in the game with the correct mastering of your class.

I have a guy in my PSN Friend List which always plays as Gunsmith. The guy is terrific against long range units (Veterans, Snipers and Riflemen).
I'm suspect to talk about myself but I have no problems at all playing as duellist against Hombres and Veterans.

Duellist speed > Hombres speed
Run to a safe distance and unload the Volcano Gun (btw, the most powerful pistol of the game)

Duellist rate of fire > Veteran rate of fire
Shoot and hide. Use your speed to cut the distance. In close quarters, Duellist own Veterans.

Know how to explore enemy weakness then you'll be ok. Try to whine less and practice more my friend. If you had PS3 I really would appreciate helping you.

Strong words, show reality. I want to see you in action. Maybe you can upload your video to youtube, to prove your words. Or if you want we can meet in game an test our teories. Im from Slovakia, middle Europe.
BTW I dont whine, if I want to win i choose veteran, if I want to enjoy game i choose rifleman or trapper, and be sure no many duellists survives my 2 golden colts my friend.

Honestly I don't have anything to prove. I got the Goldrush trophy in little time (considering I play about 1 hour per day).

No problem. I have no output device to reproduce my games to PC directly but I can try to record a single match in my camera.
I think they should release a new function to record matches, just like newer PSN games are being provided with.

Barely I stay out of top 2 when I play Shootout, WWL is almost lottery because you depend a lot on your partners (specially when it's a 6x6 match). If they suck you're dead.

LOL, I didn't mean to say I'd kill you that easy. I said I can beat the **** out of any class with Duellist. The class doesn't make the player, just the other way.

And you've said you use colts eh? It's pretty hard to hit a duellist with unlocked aim. Also you seem to have problems hitting a Veteran with the Rifleman, I'm wonder what you can do aiming a fast class with two pistols. Trapper is great, I love playing as Trapper but you have to have a very keen eye with the single pistol because the shotgun range is too helpless to deal with.

To Nollieflip:

PLS read my posts once again and carefully, then think before answer.
You says that you can beat all classes with duellist, but there is nothing to prove.
I really want to see you entering small room and killing a hombre aiming at door and waiting for you,
or defeating 2-3 rushers and veteran behind them at once.
Maybe I will learn somehing but i dont think so. I never wrote that i got a problem to hit veteran, I said that veteran often kills me ( as a rileman ) immediately after i hit him. As a veteran i got no problem to hit enemys head in the middle of jump being heavily wounded. Point is that this frustrating for me as victim.
You said that im whinig and I challenged you to duel. Are you scared? Are you only forum hero?

Sentence "Barely I stay out of top 2 when I play Shootout" is too difficult for my english .

What is unlocked aim? I didnt met this in PC version.

Honestly I give up. First you try to prove everyone the multiplayer mode is ruined because it's too unbalanced. Then you start to get butthurted when someone tries to explain how to play, taking as an offense.

The more you write the more you prove you don't have a clue when it comes to tactic. Every single room in the multiplayer maps has at least a two-way sight (two doors, a door and window, etc). Why keep going in the hardest way? Also, did you try faking a rush, forcing the enemy to waste bullets and catch him when he is reloading his gun? Btw, as the game suggest you, some classes fits perfectly in certain situations. Few classes are supposed to give you enough versatility to play a full WWL match for instance. Take a miner and blow them up.

Well, I don't need to waste any second in here. You insist in saying the game is unbalanced instead of trying to overcome it.

Was it too hard for you to understand I don't have this game for PC, only for PS3? How in the hell can we play together? They didn't invented a cross-plataform which mixes PS3xPC yet.

Good luck with your "How to be a King" topic, it seems it gave you a lot of "new friends" eh?
