Ok, I've never really thought much of Gunsmith, but recently with the clan I'm in, most of the guys have been using it, and to great success.

Think about it - Two powerful pistols, 15 rounds of Ammo, and some of the fastest rate of fire in the game. Plus, they have good health and decent speed, meaning that they have little hinderences. Usually unleashing half a round of bullets will guarantee victory, and they can take on most classes in most situations effectively.

Now, I'm not saying "OMG OP techland nerf them!," but for their cost-to-profit ratio, I do think they're incredibly good.
