I can see the marker or target the lasso will spin but it won't throw. I hold down the LMB and spin the mouse but when I release the LMB it does nothing. Anyone know what I can do? Thanks

I can't get it to throw either--same cornfield. At first it did nothing; then I switched mouse to "left hand" control and now it does rotate when I hold l. mouse button and swirl. But the lasso won't release to the red circle target. I'm on PC. I have been stuck in the cornfield four days now. Pretty sad!

im in the same cornfield, and stuck also...lasso twirling, pointing at target in tree. it wont throw .

Line up the red symbol on the branch, post etc with the sight reticule until it turns bright red, then you have to get the momentum of the lasso going by moving the mouse in small circles. .spin mouse to get lasso spinning faster..the lasso then flies from your hand and attaches to the place initially indicated.


keep in mind that you will see the lasso target indicator in two shades of red - if pale, then you are not in range yet. It needs to be bright red for it to be effective. One thing that works well for me is to spin the lasso (move your mouse in circles) with increasing speed, then your lasso automatically takes off to acquire the target point.
