Hi. 7 days ago, I'v started to play the game, the password of my profile was always saved and I would not have to type it everytime. But 2 days ago, I entered the game and suddenly the password has been ereased and now I can't find the current password. I tried every password that I know and ut didn't work. Maybe you have in your site something lik:"forgot your password?" or something like that? or some way to find out the password? Please! I was at chapter 9 and I don't want to play it again from the beginning.
Vent, When you created your online profile, you should have been sent a confirmation message to the email you used. If you still have this email, your username and password should be listed inside.
But when I did the game profile in the game, I'v clicked on the Create Profile and then it said to me that I need to enter just an user Name and a Password, just this... It didnt said to me that I need to enter an E-mail...
Hi, Vent! I saw that many people have this problem. It hapenned to me too, two times, but I can gladly say that I figured it out!!! Here is what you have to do: cut your profile save games folder from my documents( or where ever it is), enter the game and create a new profile with new password, Leave the game, return your old profile savegames folder where it has been and rename it into your new profile.Play the game with new profile and new password, you should have your old savegames and everything. Enjoy!
