My friend had to make another profile to play endwar this is his 3rd account,UBI wont send him his password because apparently when he trys to get his password back he types the email and birthday,Then it says that the info is wrong or his birthday is incorrect.This is crazy how UBI makes a game and then makes it impossible to get your password back.AND its stupid how they put a login for almost everypage.

Well, if your friend manages to login to the UBI forums then I am sure he can login to the game as well.

Here he should get all the help he needs.

He must have made a mistake on his birthday maybe click in the wrong date by mistake or somthing or lied about his age and cant remember it

best thing might be to create a new account if you dont want the hassle of calling tech support
