So I guess I'm not the only one who's been waiting for this game for quite a long time now. I'm really sad to see that it has such a low priority with Ubisoft. Considering the extreme lack of information and slow development for such a relatively simplistic game, it appears obvious that the team working on this game is really small. I just hope this lack of interest from Ubisoft won't be reflected on the game in the way of future support and updates.

Anyway, some new information wouldn't hurt. This has been so slow-going one starts to wonder if the whole thing will be scrapped at any day now. Not to mention that I as a potential customer am starting to lose interest because nothing appears to happen. Not even the officials seem to have much passion for this game considering the lack of updates.

I know what Yaiden said, but he didn't say anything since than. And it's been a long time.

Slowly but surely I start to believe, that Kingdoms was just there to boost the sale of the complete edition... it worked with me. But I don't regret it.

but it is rediculous that it have to be so hard for them to even make a reply in the questions thread, and i can understand why he created a topic out of it, every one of the threads that has brought up the question has been locked, true, people could search a bit more but every thread they will find has the same answer: thread locked or when its done,

like people have said in the questions thread, is it really so hard just to upload some screens or similar.

Well its not an insult. This is new type of fame for ubi so they are taking their time.

The game is not dead and is expected to be out withe in a year.

Well, I'm not saying they should release the game before it's done, all I'm saying is that they could show some activity; throw us a bone. We're like a flock of starving wolves here and nobody's around to feed us anything. Starvation is not good!

Like I posted almost 1 year ago now, this game is a joke and will never be released. Everyone stop wasting your time watching these forums, because even if they do release it, it will probably be very buggy and unbalanced. The lack of moderation is evidence of minimal development and they have missed their target release date by well over a year. It is unfortunate as I am a big fan of the HoMM series.

Ive seen games in their early stages (newly announced) provide more information, and this one is far from that, since its over a year beyond release date and isnt even close enough to open beta for a date!

If you are referring to Blizzard we all know they have great advertising of their games. They take their time but in that time they show the game. Let’s take StarCraft II for example – It is in ALPHA stage now and they show official tournaments played by people (saw it on YouTube) so it is slightly different than UBI do it.
I cant understand why the info about this game is so secret. Few screenshots and some info would be very good to the community. Devs could always write that this is beta stage of the game and nothing people see is final (like Blizzard do in Starcraft)

Honestly....the reference to Blizzard here was very unwisely chosen. I remember the time when WoW's Burning Crusade was in that kind of development stage. But we had it all...info about new creatures, dungeons, spells, screenshots, telent-trees. And you know their solution for your feared "beta-stuff-not-in-the-release-so-peeps-gonna-whine"? Just a red line saying: "This information is from beta and may be subject to change".
And a lot of the talents/spells did change in the final release. And there were some whining...but it wasnt bad...cuz people always QQ about something. But at least they kept it interesting.
And if youre fimiliar to WoW's test realm routine before each patch, youll know how many features appeared there and then vanished the next day. And people dont complain. They know that whats on test realm is only roughly going to be the next patch.
But whats Ubi does here is a major disregard of folks. Its not even about them beeing customers and whatnot, but about the people that stick with you because they like your work, like how you do it. And you basically tell us, eff you and wait to hear from us when we think is right. Thats how im seeing the previous posts now.
I know youre trying to keep quiet all the way and then taadaaa! come out with a great game. But let me tell you, the taadaa! time is over. Now its time to change policy.
