It certainly isn't 3DO, they went out of business a long time ago.

The game is being created by developers from Ubisoft. 3DO bankrupt a long time ago, 5 years I think.

We are fans of HoMM too, so are millions of people I would guess. 3DO has nothing to do with these games, and back in the olden days 3DO neither had too much to do with HoMM or MM. They just financed it, said when they should be done and then New World Computing created the games.

As for HoMM V, Nival has neither gotten anything to do with 3DO nor NWC. It's a Russian company, 3DO and NWC were American.
