I voted for RTS. Since without knowing the Tutorial, the word Kingdoms brings me to the idea of strategy. And if in the real life I would hope for a Turn Base, I think over the internet it will be boring: since no one knows what is doing that dood over the line; you obviously must wait for him! So it wouldn't work! And a MMORPG would work but with another name!
