I agree, I already own the previous versions of HOMM - 3(complete),4 including both expansions and 5 including both expansions. So I am being penalised for buying the earlier games when they came out.

I have all games (Kings Bounty, HOMM 1, 2 + add-on, 3 + add-ons, 4 + add-ons and 5 + add-ons (almost all MM (when a complete edition of MM ? and when a complete of MM Universe (MM, HOMM, DM) ? ))) but i bought this one too.
Very few people who don't know HOMM before the 5 will be interested by playing old HOMM. So I think this box was made for fans of HOMM to give them a collector box. That's in this way I take it. And I wait for another one to MM and a dream for all MM, KB, HOMM, DM and more new games.

I sppose that we who dont have Complete Ed. wil be able to play also (with a bit of luck probably). Just take beta for Complete like another bonus in this special box not like penalty for you
