I'm reopening the topic but please use it for the American players guild recruitment and not just for an American dedicated discussion. I renamed the topic title.
Thanks Arturchix, this was my original intent on starting the thread. I am curious as to how many of us there are since, to my knowledge, HOMM Complete was not offered for sale here.
I'm here, no beta code, but I'm hoping that my history as a beta tester for Ubi will help me get in so that I can contibute to the beta process. I would love to discuss guilds for us Americans. The role of guilds in Kingdoms is still not 100% known to us because we don't really know how much we can determine our distance from our guild-mates. For instance, I don't want to have 5 guild-mates all right next to me, because 2/3rd of the fun here is going to be going up against someone else, and if I have to travel for a week of real life just to get to a kingdom that would be considered an enemy ... well that won't be to fun. However in the same regards I want my guild-mates within a weeks march of me so that I can help break sieges and get help breaking my sieges etc. Again, we don't know if we can simply be 'right next' to our guild-mates, or if we can be 1 to 2 kingdoms away and excersize our Manifest Destiny. Anyway, yes to discussions of guilds.
How about Canadians? Make it a NA guild..? This game is most popular in the european countries. I'd imagine those countries will be doing the same thing...but have ALOT more members in their guilds. More members the better I suppose!
Count me in for a guild anytime. I'm sick of SimCityOnline aka Travian also.
If anyone wanna play any of the HOMM games, some weekend, send me a PM here on the forum. Me and a couple of friends play Heroes 3 every other weekend - either FFA, 1v1 or 2v2.
I hope the BETA will open up soon but considering Assasin's Creed's delays I doubt it we'll see it any time soon
Hurry up Ubisoft, 'cause StarCraft 2 and the WoW expansion may come out earlier than the Kingdoms project.

First of all you need to wait for the game or beta to come out
Secondly, you Americans could start finding a name for the alliance, find someone to co-operate with in the game and such stuff, or just talk about the game and your hopes.- That's what the other country specific guilds are doing
I see you - when I turn away I hold you -when my hands are full I kiss you - when you aren't here - Freedom - Never shall you be more than a name to me
Well, I'm from Colorado. I recently bought HOMMV: ToE and have been playing online. I'm enjoying it and trying to figure out some strats for Haven. Once I find a few that work somewhat consistently I may switch to a different race. Anyone have any good strats? I'm willing to join the guild. I think one of the benifits is we are in somewhat the same time zones so meeting up would be easier.
Hi all. I popped in to see if the beta version has started, nope. I'm not counting on playing the beta version as I can wait for the public version.
I'm playing the campaigns backwards as I screwed myself in HOMM 5 trying to "cut a fat hog in the butt". Everything was swell until the last chapter. I bought HoF a few months before ToTE and kept getting stuck in the 1st section of the campaign. Now that I'm giving ToTE a rest while patting myself on the back for finally finishing a HOMM campaign all the way to the last cut scene, it's back to HoF. I've got 3 more chapter to go until the end. Yay.
I also am quite fond of playing 3rd party maps.
I'd like to keep my options open, but this could be a good guild to at least start off with. I'd rather be in a mixed country guild, but that's just me and is no slam against any Americans here. Cheers.
