Seems the "Register" button on the main website doesn't work, gives me a "Page not found" error message.

using the english version on:

The "Register" tab at the top does that, but the "Register now!" at the bottom right works,

i read at some threads that mails were already sent out, or did i understand that wrong? if they were, did i lose my chance by registering too late?
