EUROPEAN OPERATION FORCES [EU-OF]

This message is for all European Gamers who dream about the creation of the largest and best-organised gaming Clan-Organisation in the world.
A Team made up solely by European Gamers that will count over 1,000 members and will participate or even organize perhaps the best tournaments for many of the games it encompasses.
The clan will be governed by its internal regulations, which will in effect act as a constitution for it.
At the present time, the clan has completed setting up its infrastructure and is in the process of recruiting staff. The recruitment of members will soon follow.
We are looking for staff to man the positions of Games Commanders, Vice Games Commanders, Training Game Commanders, Server Admins, Site Admins, Forum Admins, for the general Command posts of the Organisation or for the following games:

I'm intruiged about this multigaming clan you are making and it certainly is extremely ambitious.

I will add though, that creating a multigaming clan to cover 16 games from scratch and without even having a proper core members, is a next to impossible.

My advice for you, would be to start with a few games and working your way up from there and i'm sure any officers in a multigaming clan will tell you, they started from one game and expanded once new games came out. I would also say you should add some stickies for each forum topic including general forum rules, recruitement info and such. I can tell you that the first thing any potential new recruite will do (or at least any good one,) is they will check the forums and try to get a feel for what kind of guys (and gals) you're all like and with like one post in the entire forum, it will drive quite a few recruites away.

I will say though that you have one very well made website and possibly, one of the best clansites i've seen to date

I myself, would be interested in helping out with various aspects of the clan but in it's current state, I honestly don't believe it will be possible to make it work. Anyway, whatever you choose to do, good luck mate!
