I have created a fence which is textured with a straw texture, I want to be able to shoot bullets thru it but not have nades go thru it. If I tag it as none 3d collideable all weapons go thru it so therefore it is not realistic.

I dont know I think it is either a wall or not (meaning eiter everything can go through or nothing) but I think bullets can go through the doors so you might want to look at how those are tagged
In the RSBeditor you can tag a texture as gunshot transparent and grenade transparent. If you don't select grenade transparent then they will bounce off. I think this is what you want.

If you want to see an example of this done in-game, take a look at the medical curtains around the beds in the hospital on the POW Camp map (GR mission 11) - where you capture Moroshkin. You can shoot through the curtain, but your grenades bounce off - I only found this out yesterday.
As someone also said, you can shoot through doors, but grenades bounce off. Although they blow the door away when they go off...
