I understand how to do this through IGOR, but when I look under the Rifleman, Demolitions, Support folders,,,,the amount of files that need to be changes is extremely large. There's no way all those actor files are needed. Is the large amount simply in case you kill a bunch of your guys during your campaign? I'd like to change the skill values for my players, but I dont want to do it for each actor file if most of them are not used. Whats the deal? Thanks!

OK... i can remember doing this a looongggg time ago...

What I did was take all but 4 riflemen and 2 of each of the others, and put them in a sub folder in thier perspective folders...

I then went and changed the skill points on the guys remaining in the original folder.... worked a treat.

Lota messing around though, only did it once.

There are so many ATR-files because then you get a random choice.

If you do as digger69 says, you won't have the random choice, but it is the most easiest way (and it should work !)

There are also little renaming-tools (ReplaceEM is one) you can use to rename a bunch of files (or contents) in once.

Hey Mark, long time no see buddy. I have to keep on at Digger - it's my best chance of getting loads of posts quickly to get "veteran" status before he does!!

Digger: sneaking away to post in a forum that nobody reads subtracts posts from your total, so it'll take you longer to get to vet if you do that...
