I can not seem to figure out how to properly uninstall this mod or any other mod. Will uninstalling the game acomplish this? I also cant find it in my add remove programs either.

please advise.

Each mod is different. Because they are unofficial and supplied by third-parties, there's no common method for installing and uninstalling mods. The first thing to do is to look for a Readme file, which might tell you what you need to know. Not all mods have them though. I haven't played Sabreteams, so I'm afraid I can't be specific, but mods for GR are all installed to the same folder. If you want to get rid of it, all you have to do is delete the Sabreteams folder.

Use Windows Explorer (or My Computer) to find your GR directory. If you installed GR to the default directory, GR will be at:

C:\Program Files\Red Storm Entertainment\Ghost Recon

Within the Ghost Recon folder, there is a subfolder called "Mods". Within the "Mods" folder will be subfolders for all the GR exapansions and mods that you have installed. "Origmiss" is the original version of GR, "Mp1" is Desert Siege, "Mp2" is Island Thunder. You may have lots more than this, or perhaps just a few. If you find the one that is the Sabreteams mod and manually delete that folder in Windows Explorer, you will get rid of the mod completely. Each mod folder will have a text file in it called "Modscont" - this will tell you what mod that particular folder is.

When you find the Sabreteams folder, take a look and see if there's a Readme file in there, which may contain uninstall information. If it does, follow what's in the Readme; if not, I suggest you do as I suggest above.

I assume you are aware that you can deactivate the mod (disable it without uninstalling it) in the Options menu in GR (just click on the mods tab)...
