Hi Cobaka, thanks for showing the maps !
Now some feedback : Crossroads : - All trees/bushes have no texture for me, although I see the files in the map-directory (m04_bigtree01.rsb etc.) I tried activating DS and IT but no luck. - Really nice map, lots of trees/bushes, nice river, beautiful houses, great detail. - The church has a nice sniper-spot ! - Opening windows in houses is very nice ! - No map-shots or command-map (maybe still busy ?) - Some places you can fall off (church-window, wall near houses). - AI follows. Lakeside : - Trees/bushes are OK here, strange. - Water-texture is a little too bright at some spots, and has a strange double line going accross. - River at some spots too deep, actor goes fully under ! - AI follows. - Again a beautiful map, I admire your 3d skills ! Starting scripting... One question tho : the Ghosts will be replaced by our skins, right ? So we take it up against enemies. Since I don't have the skin-files yet, I will need to replace the atr-files once I got the skins, no biggy ! One mission coming up ! ![]() San's Place l SANSITE |

The Alliance-mod (with crossroads and lakeside maps)
is about 13MB (12.997 lol). Another question for Cobaka : Without a command-map I can't script ! I see in the env-file there is a CM (crossroads_lit.rsb) but not included. I tried to make one myself by generate map in Igor, then grey-scale it, flip it and scale it to 512x512 and save as a rsb, but it doesn't show up in game Is it a bad download or did you leave those files out ? ![]() San's Place l SANSITE |

San, try the revised village and city d/l. The revised village = crossroads with pme's additions. It should have the command map too. No command map for lakeside, since I didn't know if anyone wanted changes to it. I made some changes to it already - like the water depth, but it may be a while to get the command map done.
And, btw, I plan to change the trees and bushes in the city map. They are early attempts and a bit crude. That water thing in lakeside is odd. I don't know why it does that. Maybe the fog settings? A man only needs one rectum. - F. Salter, "Recon Scout" |

Alright, got it to work.
Crossroads is ok now, with textures and CM. It was in the second file (testmod or something). That Citystreets map is very nice too, infact almost exact as I had in mind for a map I wanted to make ! ![]() San's Place l SANSITE |
