it used to do that to me after I started creating one of my mods. I think it might be somethin do do with one of the files I was using.

Rifleman,
You only changed the insertionpoint? That should not be it....Changed that hundreds of times and never a single crash!... Maybe you changed /deleted some other files too? Reg, PME a.k.a. The Ike log just said it couldn't find the modsset.txt file. But I'm editing existing ghost recon files, not a new mod. This problem also happens when I try to import any gametypes not from the original ghost recon. I tried to import a gametype from Island Thunder and Igor quit on my and I get the same error in the Ike Log.

If you copy and paste zones into a MIS-file then they are in Igor and everything works, but they don't have a tag in Igor script editor, and this is where it's messing up things : you can't delete things in the script else it crashes. The MIS-file becomes corrupt.
I've tried removing the whole script source thing with a texteditor, then you'll lose all tags for script but you can copy all zones in ! It'll work for the gametypes ! ![]() San's Place l SANSITE Mods: San's Missions, San's Gametypes San's Face Viewer, San's Vehicle Viewer |

If the crash log said that GR can't find your mod set file, that would explain why you can't import other game types (eg from IT like you mentioned). It may also explain the problem you're having with Igor - was the map you were editing a DS or IT one? If you try to play the game, you won't get the DS or IT campaigns or quick missions either...
The mod set is a very short text file that can be found in your GR mod folder. It's simply a file stating some basic information on the mods that are installed and activated on your computer. If the game can't find this file, it means that it doesn't know what mods you have. And, in computing, when there is no explicit "value" assigned to something, the default value is zero. Which means that, unless your computer's told otherwise, you don't have any mods. Hence your problem. Have a look for the file and see if you can locate it. If not, the easiest way is to get someone to email you a copy of what it should look like, although obviously you'd have to modify this to contain the mods you have - but it'll show you the format to take in any case. I can't remember for sure, but I think there should be a modsset file for every mod you have on your system, so you'll have to find out if you're missing just one, or all of them... |

I reinstalled GhR. Now I can work on missions in origmiss and in Mp1. I can't import domination from Mp1 but siege imports. I can't get anything from Mp2 to work, gametypes or missions. Is there an update that I am missing?

IT is patched up to 1.3, then there's the 1.4 patch.
