I figured out how to make it so my characters where boonie hats in GR and DS like they do in IT. However I cant get my specialists to wear them. Can anyone please tell me how to dump the kevlar and switch to a boonie cover?

Any help would be appreciated.

By the way. All i did was renamed the Character files from IT to match GR. I did the same for GR specialists but there faces didnt match up. So I went back to the old Character files for the specialists, but I cant figure out how to dump the brain bucket. Thanks

Boonies are attachments which you can place on actors.

Get Wolfsong's Model and Attachment Viewer (MAV).

There are all skins/attachments visible on a map.

In the ATR file you can set attachments for the actor.

Check one out to see how a boonie is done in an original ATR file.

Note: only DS/IT have attachments, but you can use them on GR actors (although some may not seem to fit right).

Example head-attachment in ATR file (with barrette):
