You mean levels when you're building a new map or scripting a mission on a map, or "levels" as in missions (ie how to complete them)??
If the former, then post here as this is the mod forum for anything to do with making mods. If you mean asking for help on completing the missions in the game, then yes people do ask, but over in the general discussion forum rather than here. Be warned though: if you do that, you'll get a couple of helpful replies and then some wiseguy'll turn up with a post the length of a masters thesis, explaining every single step of the mission for you. Which is helpful, but very boring. Although it doesn't do to speak badly about him, as he's one of the forum moderators here...
