If in search of a straight and correct answer, you might have to be a little more specific

What do you need help with? Scripting the behaviour of POW's or....?!

If POW is on allied company :

You need to set hostage behaviour to the POW's in the script.

Then they will be unarmed and you can bump them and they will follow you (escort).

There need to be an enemy near the POW (he will not shoot, so will POW not).

If there's no enemy near, the POW is visible on command-map as a green dot, and if an enemy sees him he will be shot.

Else you have to make him captive.

Here's a link to a tutorial for Igor for beginners.

Once completed that you understand alot more and can make your own basic mission.

By time your missions will become better and complexer.
